Only way to procure long and lasting chains of good family social housing is to reign in as of now all rogue landlords, they must be brought to book and the housing market in itself needs vast reductions in house prices, this has become a false
cash cow for so called housing punters for year upon year. The result of bulging property prices has become a state of false collusion between mortgage payer and unprincipled banks just stoking the fire into flames, putting themselves at great distance from
those just wanting a decent roof over their heads. Property developers are a disease in this country and many more besides, and the lower paid worker would welcome I’m sure not having nearly all a months salary taken in rent. I myself will bash on with my
principled and moral view on this subject til I die. Property obsession is another form of social stratification cancer that this country will fall with, the answers lay in resurgent real manufacturing, real social housing and caring communities. Borrowing
upon property values is a false cloud and should see the governor of the bank of England brought to trial for stoking inflation, but at the end of any day the greed of the so called human race is at fault.
